Microsoft Access
XP
ELM Associates provides
skilled training on all
Microsoft Office products.
Our Microsoft Access training
comes in three different
levels: Beginner, Intermediate,
or Advanced. ELM Associates
provides training and support
for the 2000 and the XP
suites, and our trainers
are certified Microsoft
Master Instructors.
Each level of the course is designed for a different level user. The
beginner course is designed to teach employees the basics of using
a database. Participants who take this course will learn how to manage
databases and perform basic reporting functions.
The Intermediate level focuses on the employee that uses Microsoft
Access on a regular basis in their daily functions. Participants will
learn to establish databases, as well as learn some advanced reporting
techniques. They will also begin using the “query” function
to specify forms and reports.
The Advanced level is designed specifically for those employees who
are advanced enough to learn the intricacies of the programming behind
Access. Participants will begin to look extensively at Macros and the
Visual Basic programming language. This course is only for those employees
who have or need a background in programming
All of our Microsoft Office courses include detailed program materials
and exercises to help participants transfer knowledge into the workplace.
Each level is designed to be a one-day program, except for the first
level which usually takes two days to effectively deliver.
