Dealing With Difficult People

Do you find yourself becoming impatient with some of the people you deal with each day?  Everyone has difficult people in their lives.  The key to dealing with difficult people is to first understand them.  This course will give participants insights into why difficult people behave the way they do, and will help lay the groundwork for communicating effectively with difficult people. 

 Participants will learn to apply skills to deal and get results with chronic problem people.  They will be introduced to eleven types of difficult people in action and discover how to effectively communicate with them.  Participants will also determine their personal communication style and learn to recognize the communication style of others.
