Harassment in the Workplace:
Recognition and Prevention

Workplace harassment is a serious problem across the nation. Harassment is behavior that is unwelcome, degrading and abusive, and most workplaces have a policy prohibits harassment.

This program will help you learn to recognize and prevent harassment, and will teach you how to properly respond if harassing behavior does occur.  Highly interactive, this program offers participants an opportunity to interact with each other and with the trainer(s).  Every effort has been made to create a training environment that will be comfortable for all learning styles.  Participants will work in pairs, individually and in small groups.  Their tasks will range from role-play to individual writing tasks.
