How to Compose Business Documents with Style

We live in an information and service society where business and professional writing skills are essential.  In addition, technological advances in recent decades have accelerated change processes in businesses and professions, requiring continual revision of policies and procedures.  The need for clear and effective writing skills is paramount.  This program is designed for adults who engage in every kind of writing from memoranda and proposals to letters, reports and technical writing.  Participants will learn how to organize and express their thoughts clearly, select the appropriate style and format for the intended reader, and edit their writing to create professional documents.
